How to run the fundraiser (Terms and Conditions):
- NO money or credit needed to start a sale
- Create a fundraiser information letter (see an example for download below)
- Pass out 1-2 order takers and the information letter to each participant
- Sell for 2-3 weeks
- Participants collect money as they take orders from customers
- Participants turn in orders and money to the sponsor
- Sponsor deposits money in their bank
- Sponsor sends a copy of each order to GSG Fundraising via email, fax or text
- GSG will provide the items ordered and pack together for each participant
- GSG will send an invoice to the sponsor
- Sponsor sends a payment for 60% of the sales
- Sponsor keeps 40% for the organization's profit
- GSG Fundraising will ship the participant orders to the organization
