How to run the fundraiser (Terms and Conditions):

NO money or credit needed to start a sale
Create a fundraiser information letter (see an example for download below)
Pass out the catalog, order taker form and the information letter to each participant
Sell for 2-3 weeks
Participants collect money as they take orders from customers
Participants turn in orders and money to the sponsor
Sponsor deposits money in their bank
Sponsor sends a copy of each order to GSG Fundraising via email, fax or text
GSG will provide the items ordered and pack together for each participant
GSG will send an invoice to the sponsor
Sponsor sends a payment for 60% of the sales
Sponsor keeps 40% for the organization's profit
GSG Fundraising will ship the participant orders to the organization
